Mike Golembiewski embarked on his culinary career in 2002 as a short order line cook. His journey continued at the top-performing O'Charley's in Cookeville, TN, where he honed his skills as both a server and a cook for a decade.
In 2014, Mike graduated from Tennessee Technological University (TTU) with an A.A.S. in Business Management and a B.A. in Music Performance and Management. He then spent ten years as a Product Training Manager and Content Designer, before returning to his culinary roots.
In 2023, Mike completed his Chef's Apprenticeship under Chef Kristin Beringson at Henley Restaurant in Nashville, TN. With a passion for culinary arts and a commitment to excellence, Mike now channels his expertise into his latest venture, the "How I Roll" food truck, specializing in handmade, gourmet egg rolls, and daily offered Chef's Specials.
